To Contact a Specific JJPI Clinician

If you would like to reach your assigned clinician, please call their regular telephone extension or google voice number. They will check their messages remotely if they are not working onsite. If you cannot reach them, you can leave a message at either of JJPI’s main telephone numbers (see instructions below). If a participant has not yet been assigned a clinician or has not been able to reach their clinician, please follow the instructions below for leaving a voicemail message on JJPI's main voicemail inbox.

After hours and on weekends, JJPI has a supervisor on-call to respond to time sensitive calls received at our two main numbers (please note that this number is only for use when participants need immediate assistance but are not experiencing a mental health emergency--in those situations participants should dial 988 or 215-685-6440 or go to their nearest crisis response center or emergency room). If participants have to cancel an appointment at the last minute, they should leave a regular message on the main voicemail inbox rather than ask to be connected to the supervisor on call.

Leaving a Voicemail Message on Our Main Voicemail Inbox

To leave a message on JJPI's main voicemail inbox, follow these steps: 1) call either of JJPI's main telephone numbers: 215-665-8670 for the Safety & Responsibility Program or 215-701-1560 for the Survivor Services Program, 2) either press "1" when the main greeting starts or stay on the line until the greeting is finished, 3) You will then be transferred to the general voicemail mailbox, where you can leave a message.  All voicemail messages are checked regularly during regular business hours and are forwarded to the appropriate JJPI staff person for follow-up.
