Multisystemic Therapy (MST) and Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behavior (MST-PSB)

JJPI's Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program is a comprehensive intervention designed for at-risk adolescents ages 10-17, implemented across various settings. The primary objective of MST is to foster positive social behaviors while decreasing criminal behavior, mental health concerns, out-of-home placements, and substance use. MST targets the fundamental factors contributing to delinquent and antisocial behavior by conducting an ecological assessment that examines each participant, their family dynamics, and the influences of their school and community.

Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behavior (MST-PSB) is a clinical modification of the MST model designed to treat adolescents who have engaged in problematic sexual behavior.

Services include intensive and family-driven therapy (averaging three sessions per week), psychiatric evaluation, medication management and safety planning. Our master’s level MST clinicians are available 24/7 for on-call crisis support.

JJPI's MST program is headquartered at 4601 Market Street in West Philadelphia. Services are delivered in home, school and community environments.
