Dawn’s Place
JJPI offers psychotherapy services to residents at Dawn’s Place, a residential housing program for women recovering from the trauma of sexual trafficking and exploitation. JJPI provides both group and individual treatment at Dawn’s Place two days per week, through a Survivor Services Clinician embedded there.
Dawn's Place is a year-long program combining intensive therapy with residential programming to provide adult survivors of trauma with the opportunity to learn how to become self-supporting and live independently. Residential Staff is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week and residents have access to a case manager and pro bono legal aid. There is capacity for eight residents in the main house and up to 4 women in the adjacent transitional house, where support is provided to individuals as they move to permanent independent housing.
